Managing Low Credit Alerts & Notifications

Customize your workspace settings to receive email alerts when your AI or Generation credits fall below a specific threshold.

Updated this week

To ensure your automations and generation requests run smoothly, Abyssale sends an email notification when your workspace credits drop below a specific amount.

How we calculate the threshold:

The alert system looks at your Total Remaining Credits. This figure is the sum of:

  1. Base Credits: The credits from your recurring monthly or annual plan.

  2. Additional Credits: Any extra non-expiring credit add-ons you have purchased.

Why this matters:

This calculation ensures that you only receive an alert when your actual total capacity is running low. You will not trigger an email notification if you exhaust your monthly base plan but still have enough Additional credits available to cover the threshold.

How to customize your alert threshold

You can define exactly when you want to be notified for both Generation credits and AI credits.

  1. Log in to your Abyssale workspace.

  2. Navigate to your Workspace settings (usually located in the bottom left or account menu).

  3. Click on the Notifications & alerts tab in the sidebar.

  4. Scroll down to the Credits email alerts configuration section.

Here you will see two options:

  • Generation credit threshold alert: Enter the number of remaining credits at which you want to be notified.

  • AI credit threshold alert: Enter the number of remaining AI credits at which you want to be notified.

Once you have entered your preferred numbers, click the Save changes button.

Who receives these alerts?

Currently, these critical alerts are sent exclusively to Workspace Owners and Admins. This ensures that the people responsible for billing and workspace management are immediately aware of the status.

What happens if my credits reach zero?

If your Total Remaining Credits reach 0, Abyssale will send a final Critical Alert email to let you know that your production has stopped.

At this point, the following interruptions occur immediately:

  • All new generation requests will result in an error.

  • Active automations and workflows will fail.

  • Batch generations and marketing campaigns will be stopped.

To resume service, you will need to purchase additional credits or wait for your monthly plan to reset.
