How to Switch Between Workspaces

Learn how to switch between workspaces in Abyssale — especially if you're still logged into your Trial workspace after joining your company's

If you belong to multiple Abyssale workspaces, you may need to manually switch between them. This article explains how to do it and covers the most common scenario where users end up in the wrong workspace after accepting an invitation.


A Common Scenario: Trial Workspace vs. Company Workspace

Here's a situation many users encounter:

  1. You signed up for Abyssale on your own — this automatically created a personal Trial workspace for you.

  2. Later, your company invited you to join their paid workspace.

  3. You accepted the invitation — but when you log in, you're still landing on your old Trial workspace instead of your company's workspace.

This is completely normal! Abyssale doesn't automatically redirect you to a newly joined workspace. You just need to switch manually.


How to Switch Workspaces

Switching workspaces takes just a few seconds:

  1. Click on the workspace name in the top-left corner of the Abyssale interface. This opens a dropdown menu.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the dropdown menu. You'll see a list of all the workspaces you have access to.

  3. Click on the workspace you want to switch to — for example, your company's paid workspace.

You'll be instantly redirected to that workspace and its content.

Tip: You can tell which workspace you're currently in by looking at the name displayed in the top-left corner of the interface. Make sure it matches the workspace your team is working in!


How to Identify the Right Workspace

When looking at the dropdown menu, each workspace entry shows:

  • The workspace name

  • The plan type (e.g., Trial, Pro, Enterprise, Suite)

If your company is on a paid plan, you'll want to select the workspace that shows a plan like Enterprise or Suite — not the one labeled Trial.

If you don't see your company's workspace in the dropdown, it's possible that:

  • The invitation email hasn't been accepted yet — check your inbox and look for an invitation from Abyssale.

  • The invitation was sent to a different email address than the one you used to sign up.
