When you first register with Abyssale, your user account is automatically assigned the role of account owner. As account owner, you are the only one with access to subscription information, and the only one who can update plan and payment settings of the workspace.
Transfer account ownership of the workspace
In case you wish to transfer the account ownership to someone else, currently, the only way to transfer the account ownership to a teammate is by contacting our support at [email protected]
Note: The account owner is the only user role that can transfer ownership to another team member. If the customer writing in isn't the account owner and needs to make the change, have the account owner send us an email from their Abyssale User address requesting the change, and we can take care of the transfer.
