The Project-Level Generated Visuals page is a centralized hub that displays every visual ever generated from all design within a specific project.

This page provides a complete, project-wide overview, making it much easier to find and manage your assets without needing to remember which design was used.

This is especially useful for large-scale projects with many design and thousands of generated visuals.

How to Access the Page

Follow these simple steps to get to your project's central visuals hub:

  1. Navigate to and open the project you want to work on.

  2. On the main project page, look to the top-right corner.

  3. Click the three-dot menu (...) located immediately to the right of the "Approval" button.

  4. A dropdown menu will appear. Select "Generated visuals".

You will now be on the main visuals page for the entire project.

Using the Page Features

This page offers powerful tools to help you find and manage your assets quickly.

Searching for a Visual

Use the search bar at the top of the page to find a specific visual. You can search by its:

  • Filename

  • Visual ID

Filtering Your Visuals

To narrow down your results, you can use the filter options. The primary filter allows you to sort by the type of design used to create the visual:

  • Static

  • Animated

  • Print

  • Print Multipage

Managing Your Visuals

The management options on this page are the same as on the design-level page. You can hover over any visual to perform actions.

Important Note: Project vs. Design Level

Project-Level (This Page): Shows visuals from ALL designs in the project. Accessed from the main project page.

Design-Level: Shows visuals generated ONLY from one specific design template. Accessed from within that design's page.
