If you or your team often use the same format dimensions, you can now save them as "Custom formats" in your workspace. This makes them easily accessible to everyone in the workspace, saving you time and ensuring consistency.

To Save a new custom format:

  1. Navigate to the Creative Hub.

  2. Find and click on the Manage format section.

  3. In this section, you can add a new custom format. You will need to:

    • Give your format a Name (e.g., "Facebook Ad Square").

    • Define its dimensions (width and height).

    • Choose the unit of measurement: pixels (px), inches (in), or millimeters (mm). This is especially useful for print formats.

  4. Once saved, this format will be available to every user in your workspace.

From this same page, you can also edit or delete any custom format you have previously saved.

Note : Don't worry, your designs are safe. If you delete a custom format, it is only removed from your saved list, not from any existing designs where it has already been applied.

Using your saved custom formats

Now that you've added your custom format, using it is simple:

  1. When you create a new design or add a new format to an existing one, the format list will appear.

  2. At the top of the predefined format list, you will now see a section called "Custom formats".

  3. Simply select your saved format from this list to apply it instantly to your design, without having to manually enter the dimensions each time.

This feature helps streamline your creation process and keeps your team's designs consistent.
