The purpose of the Workspace template library is to create reusable templates or master designs that can be utilized repeatedly for various projects. These templates are accessible to everyone in the workspace. This approach ensures that your templates are kept separate from your active projects and designs, preventing them from getting mixed up.

Create Templates
Info : All templates created are visible and usable by all users in your workspace who have a role higher than Light Editor. Learn more about roles.
You can create a template using two methods, allowing you to choose which works best for you.
From a Project
Go to a Project.
Hover a design.
Click on the
...
iconSelect Add to templates (if templates categories already exist, you can add it into a template category)
The design is now duplicated to be save into your workspace template
From Template Library
Head to the "Template Library" page
Click on Create new template on the top center of the page (if templates categories already exist, you can add it into a template category)
Where are stored your Templates ?
When a Template is created, it will be stored in the Workspace Templates directory. Here how to acces it :
Head to the "Template Library" page
Click on Browse X templates button right to the Workspace template section
You will find every templates created and stored by your teammate in the workspace.
Use and Manage your Workspace Templates
When you create your first template, it will initially be uncategorized. After this, you'll gain access to the workspace template page, where you can view all your templates and create categories to organize them.
Create a template category
Head to the "Template Library" page
Click on Browse X templates button right to the Workspace template section
Click on "Create new" button on the left which allow you to create a new category
Use a template for a project
Note : When you use a template, it gets duplicated into your chosen project. Any changes made to this duplicated template as a design won't affect the original template, which remains unchanged. To learn how to edit a template, please refer to this section.
From the Template Library
Head to the "Template Library" page
Click on Browse X templates button right to the Workspace template section
Select the template you want to use
Click on "Use this template" in top right corner of the template page
A modal appear and ask you in which project that template need to be duplicated as a design.
From a Project
Head to your project
Click on "Create New Design" in the top right corner of the project page
Click on "Browse Template" on the left on the new page
Click on Browse X templates button right to the Workspace template section
Select the template you want to use
Your new design is now created using a template from your workspace template library as its foundation.
Edit a Template
Head to the "Template Library" page
Click on Browse X templates button right to the Workspace template section
Hover the template you want to edit
Click on the

button in the top right corner of the templateSelect Edit template from the dropdown menu
