Learn how to troubleshoot password issue on your abyssale account

Note : For security purposes, we don't store password information, so we can't give you the existing password on your account

Important : The Abyssale team will never ask for your login password. The only place where this information is requested is when you log in to the platform at Please contact us immediately if you notice any fraudulent attempt to impersonate your identity on our platform, directly by email at [email protected].

Change password

To update your Abyssale account password while your are connected, head to the settings page then click on Change password. An email will be sent to you with instructions to update your password.

Reset password

If you forget your Abyssale password, we’ll send password reset instructions to the e-mail address associated with your account profile.

  1. Click on Forgot your password?

  2. Enter your e-mail address used to login to Abyssale

  3. An e-mail is sent with instructions to create a new password. In the e-mail, click the link to go to the password change screen.

💡 Tips : You didn't receive the e-mail ? please verify your spam inbox, it will be there for sure.

I never received the e-mail to reset my password

There are three possibilities to explain why you haven't received your password reset email, here's the explanation of what to do next:

  • You've registered and you're logging in with google connect: As you're logging in with the native google connect integration, the password used is your google account, so you'll need to change your google account password if you're unable to log in with the google connect integration and the error message displayed is a password error.

  • You receive the email in your spam folder: check your spam folder for the email you need to reset your password.

  • You signed up with classic registration and never received the email, also in the spam folder: There seems to be a problem with our email provider sending this password recovery email. Please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
