Benefit from a powerful algorithm that always places your text correctly on your visual, no matter how much text you put in

On abyssale, you benefit from a layer system with algorithmic background management in our system to always generate visuals adapted to the length of your text, whatever text you put in.

Each layer of your templates has a container (the blue square), which defines the area in which your content will be placed. It's important to define this container correctly to avoid surprises during generation. Here are a few explanations.

Proper positioning and sizing of the container

πŸ”΄ Bad size and position of the container

In this example, the blue square (the container) is very large, it has been positioned on the orange shape and extends beyond its borders. During generation, if the text is long, it may be outside the orange shape, as in the example below.

🟒 Good size and position of the container

In this example, the blue square (the container) is placed inside the orange shape. With this positioning, the text will always be within the orange shape and will not overflow, even if the text is longer.

What happens if the text is too long for the container?

Make sure your container is sized to hold more text if this layer can hold more text.

Otherwise you will get an error during generation like this one :

Element {Layer_name} error: The text 'sample text' cannot fit within the defined space.

There are several ways to solve this problem:

  • Enlarge the container to hold more text

  • Change font size to make it smaller so that more text fits

  • Enable the πŸ§™β€β™‚οΈ "Auto resize" feature to automatically reduce the text size to a certain limit if the text is longer than the container can hold.
