If you modify your template, by changing the names of your layers, the form you created will still work, but the modified layers will be disabled from the form.
Head to My templates
Select your template
Go to the generation method section
Click on Create new form an the Image form line

Give a name to your form and select your desired Layers which can be modified in the form
Select the form type
Embed form : Embed your form directly on your website
Abyssale form webpage : get an abyssale web page to share your form to everyone

Rename your layers in the template before creating the form for a better understanding of the users of the form but also to allow you to better differentiate them when selecting the available layers
Create you form by clicking on Create generation form

And voila your form is live ! 🎊
