Subscription Questions

Am I paying for all of my team members?

All Abyssale paid plans include a number of available seats for your team. Each additional member added to your organization and assigned to any roles except "Viewer" will require you to upgrade your plan.

Is the account owner a billable role?

Yes. One person must be the account owner in order to manage subscription and billing settings.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

How do I update my credit card information?

The account owner can update billing information from the organization settings Billing page.

Do you offer non-profit or education discounts?

We offer discounts to non-profit organizations and educational institutions, to apply for theses discounts contact our team.
